The Management Trainee Program
We are currently seeking driven and enthusiastic candidates for our comprehensive Management Trainee program based in Shah Alam. This program is the ideal launchpad for a successful career in management. Trainees will embark on a structured rotational journey, gaining hands-on experience across essential business functions such as Sales and Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Business Development. You will work directly with our experienced management team, participate in strategic meetings, and take ownership of impactful projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Rotate through various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to gain a holistic view of the pet nutrition business.
- Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activation events across Malaysia.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and inventory reports to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics, distribution, and stock management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on business performance and project outcomes to leadership.
- Engage with retail partners, distributors, and customers to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
- Lead a capstone project that addresses a real business challenge and presents actionable recommendations to the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic track record with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of working experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through university activities, internships, or previous employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data analysis.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and possesses a strong desire to learn and grow within the pet industry.
- Passionate about pet nutrition and aligned with PWM's mission of uncompromising quality.
- Willing to be based in Shah Alam and able to start immediately.
