Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational training across production, sales, and logistics departments
- Analyze operational processes and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies for retail products
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches and market expansion
- Lead small-scale projects under mentorship of department heads
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and retail partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership experience through student organizations or internships
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Basic knowledge of textile industry operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
