Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow senior managers to learn end-to-end retail store operations and workflows.
- Assist in managing daily store activities, including scheduling, staffing, and shift oversight.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and store cleanliness.
- Analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and improve store efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Participate in team-building activities and training sessions to boost staff morale and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; leadership experience in student organizations is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative working environment.
