Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of branch operations and supply chain logistics.
- Assist in the daily management of retail operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational concerns with professionalism and speed.
- Support the team in inventory management, administrative tasks, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational strategies and business process improvements.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior leadership experience in student organizations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced retail and logistics work environment.
