Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in end-to-end management training, covering daily retail operations and logistics protocols.
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day store functions to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to suggest operational improvements.
- Lead and mentor frontline staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and productivity.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve service-related escalations professionally.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety, security, and quality assurance standards.
- Support inventory management processes, including stock monitoring and auditing.
- Prepare regular operational reports for regional management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
