Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured training rotations across various store operations and administrative functions.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and sales reporting.
- Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor store productivity metrics and assist in implementing strategies to improve performance.
- Coordinate with regional offices regarding promotions, marketing campaigns, and store audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or food service is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting operational requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila.
