Tanggung Jawab
- Master end-to-end business processes, from daily outlet operations to strategic management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the outlet team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Monitor daily sales performance and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and cost control measures effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement process improvements and new strategies.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
