Tanggung Jawab
- Support Recruitment Initiatives: Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various positions.
- Conduct Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
- Departmental Rotation: Participate in rotational assignments across different business units to understand diverse operational functions.
- Employee Relations: Support the resolution of employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records, process employment contracts, and manage HR documentation.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support HR strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (S1) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of general work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Adaptability: A high level of flexibility and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Leadership: Proven leadership potential or active involvement in student organizations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
