- Complete structured management training program covering retail operations, team leadership, and brand standards
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper merchandise presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership potential with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
