Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure proper inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to the Store Manager for improving performance
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role (1-2 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
