Program Overview
Propan Raya Industrial Coating Chemicals is a premier name in the manufacturing of high-quality industrial coating chemicals. We are thrilled to launch our Management Trainee Program, Batch 7. This intensive fast-track program is meticulously designed to prepare potential talents who are credible, proactive, and possess innate leadership qualities.
The program offers a structured immersion into our core manufacturing, logistics, and business operations. Trainees will undergo rigorous cross-functional rotations across critical departments such as Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. This is a hands-on role; you will drive key projects, analyze complex data, and present strategic insights directly to our leadership team.
We are looking for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with a strong academic background in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Business Management, or a related field. You must demonstrate a hunger for knowledge, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. Outstanding communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in day-to-day operations of assigned departments during rotations.
- Analyze production and supply chain data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Support the development of new business strategies and market analysis reports.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to solve business problems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project findings and recommendations to management.
- Adhere strictly to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
- Build effective relationships with mentors, peers, and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated through organizational experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to be placed in Tangerang, Banten.
- No prior full-time work experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
