As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key functional areas of our finance department, working alongside seasoned industry experts. Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured 24-month rotation program across Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Controlling departments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
- Support the team in cash flow management, banking operations, and treasury activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on operational costs and financial performance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning exercises.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to understand the synergy between maritime operations and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and internal audit requirements.
- Support ad-hoc financial research and reporting projects as assigned by senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Strong academic track record with a keen interest in the maritime or shipping sector.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a diverse, global team.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking.
- Willingness to commit to a 24-month structured development program.
- Recent graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
