Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program across key finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Operations Finance, and Internal Audit).
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, automation tools, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives and working capital improvements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate governance, tax regulations, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university (minimum Accredited A or equivalent).
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
- Maximum age of 25 years old by the program start date (2027).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience are welcome (Graduation year 2025/2026/2027).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrates high integrity, initiative, strong leadership potential, and willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia during the program.
