Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across various departments including Finance, Accounting, Account Receivable, and Internal Audit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and budget audits.
- Manage accounts receivable portfolios and optimize collection processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Regularly report progress and insights to departmental heads and management mentors.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and industry financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Auditing.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
