Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program covering all aspects of operational management.
- Rotate across various operational departments to gain a holistic understanding of branch functions.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new policies and process enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations including documentation, compliance, and service delivery workflows.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders and internal business partners.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management review.
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity and excellence in all daily business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership potential with active involvement in campus organizations or community projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be placed in any TAF branch across Indonesia.
- High level of adaptability and openness to continuous learning.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
