- Participate in rotational assignments across key business units including supply chain, marketing, and operations
- Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior in Mandarin-speaking markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business improvement projects
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through regular progress reports
- Develop and execute Mandarin-language market research initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business data
- Proven leadership experience through extracurricular activities or internships
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Adaptability to fast-paced, international business environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
