Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in an intensive management trainee program focusing on the heavy equipment and machinery financing sector.
- Conduct comprehensive field surveys and risk assessments of potential corporate lessees.
- Analyze financial statements and project feasibility to ensure credit quality and portfolio growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and presentation reports for internal stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit and operations, to streamline the financing process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Tangerang region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in marketing or finance is a plus.
- Strong interest in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and perform field work as required by the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
