We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic Maintenance team in Magelang. As a Management Trainee, you will transition from academic knowledge to practical application, working closely with senior engineers and operations managers to ensure operational excellence across our manufacturing and logistics facilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance data and analyze trends to predict potential failures and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new maintenance technologies and improve existing system workflows.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on maintenance activities, cost analysis, and efficiency improvements.
- Support the development of long-term maintenance schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in an industrial environment and flexible to adapt to rotating shifts if required.
