Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Immersion: Participate in a structured 12-month training curriculum designed to provide a holistic understanding of retail operations, from supply chain to point-of-sale management.
- Business Support: Assist in the execution of daily business strategies and support the store management team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities in Prabumulih to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Customer Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all clients.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to build a high-performing workforce.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of store processes and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Maximum 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
