Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning departments
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control systems and distribution strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and vendor relationship management programs
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
- Support crisis management and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (graduating 2027)
- Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent academic achievement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Leadership experience demonstrated through campus organizations or internships
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain software tools
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environments
