Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a high-performing tax team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients, including foreign investors
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Advise business owners on tax planning, risk management, and optimization opportunities
- Represent clients in tax audits and disputes with tax authorities
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or advisory role
- Professional certification (such as Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with foreign investors and multinational companies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting applications
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
