Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
