We are seeking a strategic Manager Accounting & Finance to lead our financial operations and drive business growth at Global Pet Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensure financial health, and support strategic business initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining fiscal integrity, optimizing financial processes, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Manage financial audits and implement internal controls
- Develop and execute financial strategies supporting business objectives
- Supervise and develop accounting team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Optimize financial systems and reporting tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in accounting/finance with 3+ years managerial experience
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
