Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting, finance, and tax team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, monthly closing processes, and management reports.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including VAT, PPh 21/23/25/29, and annual tax returns (SPT).
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic business growth.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable recommendations to executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA/M.Ak) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPh and VAT.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or manufacturing environment.
