Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Develop and execute tax planning strategies ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead and develop high-performing accounting teams through mentorship and performance management
- Implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive decision-making and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate external audits and tax examinations while maintaining strong regulatory relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1) from accredited institution
- Valid Tax Advisor Certification (Brevet Pajak) A/B or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting/tax management
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams of 3+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
