In this position, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, managing accounts receivable and inventory controls, implementing internal audit procedures, and ensuring adherence to Indonesian accounting standards. You'll collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and provide critical insights for business decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team, including training, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP
- Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debts
- Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation for distribution operations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial audit procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Develop financial models and reports to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven experience in distribution or retail accounting environments
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate finance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for financial reporting and stakeholder communication
