Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including GL management, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize compliance and minimize liabilities
- Manage tax audits, submissions, and regulatory reporting with Indonesian authorities
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis to drive financial efficiency
- Mentor and develop high-performing accounting teams through performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement robust internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years in accounting/tax with 3+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Proven experience in team leadership and financial process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
