Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's financial regulations and cooperative laws
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and professional development
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and budgeting processes
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and compliance management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and cooperative legislation
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly
- Experience in a cooperative or similar member-based organization is advantageous
