In this key position, you will oversee the entire accounting function, from managing books of accounts to handling complex trade finance instruments.
As our Manager- Accounts & Finance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Singaporean regulations including GST, CPF, and ACRA requirements. Your expertise in IFRS reporting will be essential in providing stakeholders with clear and accurate financial insights. You will also be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions while leveraging Tally ERP and Excel for efficient financial operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's books of accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Handle Letters of Credit (LCs) and other trade finance instruments
- Prepare and submit financial statements compliant with IFRS standards
- Ensure adherence to Singaporean regulations including GST, CPF, and ACRA requirements
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in trade finance and accounting
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and Singaporean compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
