Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the AP team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and system implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of SAP (essential) or other ERP/Accounting systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Proven experience in process optimization and team leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting tools
