Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Lead strategic financial planning and analysis to support business growth across Sumatra & Kalimantan
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization to ensure operational excellence
- Develop financial models and forecasts to guide business decision-making
- Supervise and mentor the finance and administrative team
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Experience in agricultural technology or related industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
