- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company assets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Asset Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Proven experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies
