Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management or financial services
- Proven track record in managing complex client projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (SEC, BSP, or international equivalents)
- Proficiency in asset management software and data visualization tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
