- Lead the evaluation and execution of business development initiatives to drive company growth
- Identify, analyze, and assess potential land and plantation asset acquisitions and disposals
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities and potential partners
- Develop and negotiate strategic agreements, partnerships, and transactions
- Manage and optimize the company's insurance portfolio for comprehensive coverage and cost efficiency
- Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate development strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate development, business development, or investment banking
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Proven track record in executing business development initiatives, M&A transactions, or partnerships
- Experience in agribusiness, land management, or plantation sector is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Strong understanding of insurance management principles and practices
