Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Support the Head of Department in developing financial strategies and investor relations
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Implement financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are highly desirable
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
