As part of our facilities management team, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and on-ground execution. You will navigate complex stakeholder relationships, manage project lifecycles from inception to completion, and champion governance frameworks that keep our resort at the forefront of the hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end facility projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to maintain operational standards across resort facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline maintenance and renovation workflows.
  • Ensure full adherence to local regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Analyze facility performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive reporting.
  • Supervise on-site contractors and ensure high-quality workmanship in all project phases.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in facility management or project management, preferably in large-scale commercial or hospitality environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and workplace safety protocols (WSH).
  • Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
