Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end facility projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to maintain operational standards across resort facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline maintenance and renovation workflows.
- Ensure full adherence to local regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Analyze facility performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive reporting.
- Supervise on-site contractors and ensure high-quality workmanship in all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in facility management or project management, preferably in large-scale commercial or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and workplace safety protocols (WSH).
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
