Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operations of MGAs to ensure full compliance with MSIG’s operational and underwriting guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and technical audits of MGA portfolios to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for MGAs, providing guidance on technical processes, system integrations, and policy administration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative risks.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting, claims, and finance teams to streamline workflows and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare regular management reports and operational dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development and maintenance of technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MGA-related business.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the general insurance industry, specifically within technical services, underwriting support, or operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of MGA business models, insurance regulations, and compliance frameworks within the Singapore market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong partnerships with external agents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance policy management systems.
  • Professional insurance certifications (e.g., ACII, ANZIIF, or equivalent) would be a significant advantage.
