In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Managing General Agents (MGAs) operations, ensuring that all business processes are conducted with the highest levels of prudence, efficiency, and compliance. We are looking for a meticulous professional with a deep understanding of technical underwriting and operational workflows to bridge the gap between our internal standards and external MGA activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operational performance and compliance of Managing General Agents (MGAs) to ensure alignment with MSIG’s corporate standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to monitor and audit MGA business conduct and underwriting practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline technical workflows and enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments on MGA business portfolios to identify potential exposures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders regarding MGA service agreements and operational procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on MGA performance and operational metrics for management review.
- Ensure that all delegated authority activities adhere to local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or technical services.
- Strong working knowledge of Managing General Agent (MGA) models and delegated underwriting authority (DUA).
- Proven ability to interpret complex insurance regulations and implement effective compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing outcomes at all levels.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
