Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in insurance technical services or MGA management
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIP, Chartered Insurance Professional) preferred
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
