MSIG is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager or Assistant Manager, Technical Services to join our growing team in Singapore. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting all Managing General Agent (MGA) related business activities, ensuring they are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in strict compliance with regulatory standards. You will serve as a critical link between the internal technical teams and MGAs, driving operational excellence and risk management initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing the technical aspects of MGA operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and implementing process improvements that enhance overall business performance. You will also be tasked with monitoring financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring that all operational activities align with MSIG's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and support the daily operations of Managing General Agents (MGAs) to ensure prudent and efficient business conduct.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies for all MGA transactions.
- Analyze technical data and reports to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Liaise effectively with MGAs and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and foster strong business relationships.
- Streamline operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present regular technical reports, including financial summaries and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of MGA activities to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services, underwriting, or operations within the insurance and superannuation sector.
- Strong understanding of Managing General Agent (MGA) models and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and financial reports accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant insurance management systems.
