MSIG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant Manager, Technical Services to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting all Managing General Agents (MGAs) to ensure that business is conducted prudently, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance operational workflows, streamline processes, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance to MGAs, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support and oversee all Managing General Agents (MGAs) business operations to ensure prudent and efficient conduct
- Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to improve operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all MGA activities
- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to MGA partners on product development and service enhancement
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to optimize cross-functional processes
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in technical services, underwriting, or insurance operations
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and MGA business models
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant insurance software systems
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., ACI, ANZIIF) or equivalent would be advantageous
