Join MSIG, a leading global insurer, as a Manager or Assistant Manager for Technical Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who ensures that MGA operations are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operations and management of Managing General Agents (MGAs) to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Ensure all MGA business activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical service processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between MSIG and MGAs, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and claims, to resolve complex technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, technical services, or a related role within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of Managing General Agent (MGA) structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant ERP or risk management software systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
