In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting all MGA-related business activities, ensuring they are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
You will collaborate closely with underwriting teams, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Support and manage all MGA-related business activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Develop and implement technical service procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to review and optimize coverage solutions
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical services, underwriting support, or insurance operations
- Strong understanding of insurance products and MGA business models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and insurance management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
