MSIG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our Technical Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business, ensuring that operations are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in strict adherence to regulatory standards. You will act as a strategic partner to the MGA portfolio, overseeing the technical aspects of arrangements to ensure risk is managed effectively while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. By optimizing service delivery and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you will contribute significantly to MSIG's reputation as a trusted global insurer.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the technical service functions for Managing General Agents (MGAs), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all MGA business activities are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical service delivery, including policy processing, claims support, and administrative functions.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of MGA operations to identify risks, mitigate potential issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in workflows.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting MGA arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical services, insurance operations, or MGA management.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, risk management frameworks, and local regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and drive high performance under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with insurance management systems or CRM software.
