- Oversee the prudent and efficient execution of all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business activities
- Develop and implement technical service frameworks to support insurance operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical service delivery
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and service providers

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance technical services or operations
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional certifications in insurance or related field preferred
