Kualifikasi

- 5+ years of experience in insurance technical services or MGA operations
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CIP) preferred
