Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance technical services or underwriting
- Professional certifications (ACII, CIP) highly desirable
- Proven track record in MGA relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in Singapore insurance regulations and compliance
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
