Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end technical services for Managing General Agents (MGAs) ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement robust policies to mitigate risks and optimize MGA business processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance metrics
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of MGA operations to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage stakeholder relationships with MGAs, internal teams, and regulatory bodies
- Drive digital transformation projects in technical service operations
- Mentor and develop technical service teams to foster continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years in technical services, underwriting, or MGA management within insurance
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework (MAS requirements)
- Proven experience in process optimization and operational risk management
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
