- Oversee end-to-end management of MGAs business operations to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Develop and implement technical service policies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize risk management frameworks and operational workflows
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to advise on necessary operational adjustments
- Mentor and develop technical service teams to enhance performance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance technical services or operations management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore insurance regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in managing MGAs or broker relationships
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Strong leadership capabilities with team management experience
- Professional certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) highly desirable
