- Oversee and support the prudent and efficient conduct of business activities for Managing General Agents (MGAs)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement robust technical processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of MGA operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the technical services framework
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance technical services or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications in insurance or related field (e.g., CIP, ACII) would be advantageous
